* DescriptionCelebrating the 150th anniversary of Vaughan Williams' birth. The bible-like complete collection of symphonies that Boult, who can be called the origin, left for the former EMI, is now available in high-quality sound!Newly reprinted from the home country analog master tape. With a new explanation.World's first SACD! Limited edition of 800 sets with serial numbers. Vaughan Williams, who celebrated his 150th anniversary in 2022, has released his second complete collection of symphonies (all 9 songs), which is a masterpiece and can be said to be the starting point. It is well known that Boult worked hard to introduce modern and contemporary British works throughout his life, but the works of Vaughan Williams were particularly special. He was present at the premiere of his first symphony, Sea Symphony (No. He has also premiered several works, including No. 6).Since then, it is well known in music history that we have worked closely together with the composer, and in addition to the first complete symphony collection (8 pieces) with DECCA, we have performed and recorded many live performances. I also left it.Both have primary meanings as interpretations that are most closely related to the work.Although Vaughan Williams' symphonies are in a traditional style, each one is freely conceived, and has a wide variety of expressions and a wide dynamic range, so it is very attractive as a high-quality sound source.
